Just like everyone else, I hate cutting and chopping vegetables too, as it is very time consuming and a tedious job, especially when it comes to chopping garlic, ginger and onion. I recently came across various reviews about a product called Preethi Turbo Chop and decided to try it out.

Preethi Turbo Chop Review
I tried this machine to chop few vegetables like Onions, Garlic, Ginger, Carrots and Cabbage. The onions came out pretty finely chopped as they were roughly diced. Pros – The machine literally chops it and doesn’t let the vegetable discharge water which means no matter how finely you chop it, it has the chopped texture and not the syrupy one.
I tried chopping peeled garlics, peeled and roughly cut pieces of ginger and cabbage and was actually happy with the result. While chopping the cabbage, you need to make sure that it is cut into small pieces of 1 or 1.5 inches.
I made tomato puree, and as preethi promised the puree was ready in less than a minute. Just 3 presses on the top part of the motor and this is all it needed.
Now that the motor is of 450 w, I decided to grind few other things as well. We grilled few breads for about 7-8 minutes and tried to grind it in Preethi Turbo Chopper to make bread crumbs and we succeeded. Do watch the video for the texture of bread crumbs. I am sure you can try to grind soaked peanuts, almonds, and coconuts as well. You can also make chutneys and salsa dip at one go in this small, powerpact machine. All you have to do is put all the ingredients for the recipe in the container and grind it all together.
Preethi Turbo Chop is a time-saving gadget as everything can be chopped and pureed in less than a minute. It is very easy and convenient to use as it operates with only a soft press on the top part of the motor. The appliance is also very small and handy and can fit into the kitchen very easily. In my kitchen, it is sure to replace the big food processors.
I bought a Preethi Turbo Chopper from Amazon which costed me around Rs.1,830/- whereas the MRP of the appliance is Rs.2,498/-. I would recommend you to buy this chopper online as it is a cost effective option.
Keep an eye on Punag as I’ll be using Preethi Turbo Chop to make a new recipe called Chicken Meatballs.
