On further talking with Mr. Kaushik said, few prime malls in the city is ongoing and couple of them has progressed well. He also mentioned that they have a central Kitchen in Koramangala, which provides the existing outlets the regular supply of breads and other ingredients like humus, to meet the requirements of the outlets. He also mentioned that since few of the customers are very health conscious as well, hence they have kept it in mind to ensure no foodie is left unsatisfied. The peta bread they currently serve with falafels comes in 2 different varieties. For foodies who just want to savor the flavors they use the original peta bread but for those who are worried about their health, they have the peta breads made of whole wheat as well.

Although it’s an absolute delight for the meat lovers, vegans will also be not disappointed here with the kind of options available for them. Quick bites like crazy fries have changed the general perception of the French fries. Crazy fries is not the ordinary french fries and the things which make it extraordinary is the combination of salsa, jalapeno refried beans and creamy cheddar cheese sauce. Along with various varieties of quick bites they serve a variety of salads as well. A true vegan delight would be the Fattoush salad. With fresh lettuce and cucumbers topped with black olives, pickled bell peppers and hummus accompanied with pita crust, it is truly a refreshing delight.
